Class: Variability

The reported spread or uncertainty around a measured value, kept separate from the value itself because papers report it in different forms. Use variability_type to say what was reported (standard deviation, standard error, confidence interval, range) and either a single magnitude (value) or bounds (lower_bound/upper_bound), with a unit when it differs from the measurement's unit.
