Class: ResponseComparison

An analysis-layer record describing the change in a measured response between a control/baseline group and a treated group. Lives alongside the extracted assay data rather than inside it: papers report changes in many forms (absolute difference, percent change, fold change, ratio), and downstream models need a single change value with an uncertainty measure. References the control and treated output records by id, names the measurement being compared, and states the kind, direction, and size of the change. Use derivation to record whether the change was reported in the paper or computed afterwards.
